Instructions

1-First, mix together all filling ingredients until well combined, creating a sweet and spicy blend that’s ready to go.

2-Then, place 2 heaping tablespoons of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper and fold in the sides before rolling tightly, sealing the tip with a small amount of water.

3-Next, heat oil to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and fry each egg roll for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
