– 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed

– confectioners’ sugar

Instructions

1-Grease a baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.

2-Slice the bread into 1-inch cubes and spread evenly in the dish. Sprinkle blueberries over the bread.

3-Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread and blueberries.

4-Cover tightly and refrigerate for 3 to 24 hours, with an overnight rest being ideal.

5-Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

6-Prepare the streusel topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, then cut in cold butter until the mixture is crumbly.

7-Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the casserole.

8-Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
