4-Arrange coated florets in a single layer on the sheets, letting excess batter drip off.
5-Bake for 10 minutes. Flip florets carefully and bake another 10 minutes, swapping pan positions halfway for even cooking.
6-While baking, mix your buffalo sauce: hot sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, and paprika (adjust to taste for heat).
7-Remove from oven, brush with buffalo sauce, and bake 12-15 more minutes until edges darken and crisp.
8-Brush with extra sauce and serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing, carrot, and celery sticks.
