Ingredients

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 tablespoons butter

– 1 yellow onion

– 6 cloves garlic, chopped

– 1 pound (about 450 grams) ground chicken (optional)

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream

– 1/4 cup (about 25 grams) Parmesan cheese

– 4 ounces (about 115 grams) burrata cheese

– Basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1-Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, reserving 1 cup (240 ml) of pasta water before draining.

2-In the pan, add tomato basil sauce along with salt and pepper to taste, then stir and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

3-Remove from heat, stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and adjust seasoning as needed.

4-If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a few tablespoons at a time to get the right consistency.

5-Mix the cooked pasta shells into the sauce, garnish with torn burrata cheese and fresh basil leaves, and serve immediately.
