2 cups pomegranate juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup coconut milk or cream
1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
A few drops of red food coloring (optional)

Instructions
1-Rim each glass by dipping the rims into honey or syrup and then into white sanding sugar; set aside to dry.
2-In a large pitcher, mix cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, pineapple juice, and peppermint extract gently. Add red food coloring if a more vibrant red color is desired.
3-Just before serving, add lemon-lime soda or sparkling water to the juice mixture to introduce fizziness.
4-Slowly pour coconut milk or cream over the punch without stirring to create white peppermint swirls.
5-Add ice cubes or crushed ice to each prepared glass, pour in the punch carefully, and place a candy cane in each glass as a stir stick. Garnish with whipped cream or mini marshmallows if preferred.
