๐ Choose firm, ripe strawberries fully red up to the stem for best flavor and appearance.
๐ซ Temper chocolate by melting most, then stirring in reserved pieces off-heat for a smooth, shiny coating.
โ๏ธ Do not freeze dipped strawberries, as thawing causes moisture that damages the chocolate coating.
