Instructions

2-Now, in a saucepan, melt 1 cup (227 grams) of unsalted butter with 1 cup (220 grams) of packed brown sugar over medium-high heat. Stir frequently as it comes to a boil, letting it bubble for exactly 3 minutes to achieve the perfect caramel consistency.
