Instructions

1-First Step: Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup canola oil, 2 teaspoons orange zest, 1/4 cup fresh orange juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a blender; pulse until well emulsified.

2-Second Step: Transfer the blended mixture to a jar and stir in 1 tablespoon poppy seeds; refrigerate the dressing until ready to use.
