Instructions
1-Prep the pan: Line a 15ร10-inch or 13ร9-inch pan with parchment paper. Use 13ร9 for thicker bars, easier removal.
2-Mix wet base: Beat melted butter and brown sugar on medium speed until smooth.
3-Add eggs and flavors: Beat in eggs, 1 teaspoon orange extract, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until combined.
4-Incorporate dry: Mix in 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 cups flour just until blended.
5-Fold add-ins: Gently fold in 1 cup white chocolate chips and 3/4 cup dried cranberries by hand.
6-Spread and bake: Evenly spread batter in pan. Bake 18-22 minutes until set and edges golden brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
7-Make frosting: Beat 8 oz softened cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar smooth. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon each orange and vanilla extracts.
8-Assemble: Spread frosting over cooled bars. Sprinkle 1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries. Drizzle melted 2 squares white chocolate in streaks.
9-Chill and slice: Refrigerate about 1 hour if desired, then slice into triangles.
