Instructions
1-Heat the cranberries, maple syrup, orange zest and juice, and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat.
2-Stir until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens to a jam-like consistency, then let it cool completely.
3-In a blender, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, chili flakes, and olive oil until smooth and creamy.
4-Layer the whipped feta in a shallow dish, then top with the cooled cranberry mixture.
5-Add chopped pistachios, drizzle with 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey, and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves if you like.
6-Serve right away with crostini, crackers, or pita bread for a tasty pairing.
