  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

– Oily almond flour

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 300ยฐF (150ยฐC) to gently dry the flour without burning it.

2-Line a baking sheet with 2-3 layers of paper towel to help absorb the oil.

3-Spread the oily almond flour evenly over the paper towel for uniform drying.

4-Place another 2-3 layers of paper towel over the almond flour to press out the oil.

5-Put a second baking sheet on top of the paper towels to weigh it down.

6-Bake for 20-25 minutes, keeping an eye on it to avoid over-drying.

7-Cool the almond flour, with the top baking sheet and paper towels still in place, for at least 30 minutes; you can add something heavy on top to help absorb more oil.

8-Once completely cooled, remove the top baking sheet and paper towels, and your flour is ready to use.
