– 1/4 cup finely sliced green onions
– 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
– 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
– 12 ounces fresh cranberries provides tartness and color
– 1/3 cup sugar BALANCES tartness with sweetness

Instructions
1-Rinse and drain the 12 ounces of fresh cranberries thoroughly.
2-Finely chop the cranberries in a food processor.
3-Mix in 1/3 cup sugar and the prepared jalapeños.
4-Add 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/4 cup green onions, 1 tablespoon orange juice, and 1 tablespoon lime juice.
5-Stir well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
6-Before serving, drain any excess liquid for the best texture.
