Instructions

2-Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk 3 1/2 cups flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons minced garlic. Add 3 tablespoons chopped parsley for fresh herb notes throughout.

3-Combine wet and dry: Add room-temperature egg, yeast mixture, and melted 4 1/2 tablespoons butter to dry ingredients. Stir until dough forms, then knead on floured surface using the extra 1 tablespoon flour. Knead 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
