Instructions
1-Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until very hot.
2-Season the steak pieces with Β½ teaspoon salt and Β½ teaspoon pepper, then place them in the skillet in a single layer without crowding.
3-Cook without stirring for at least 2 minutes to develop a crust, then flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden brown; cook in batches if necessary.
4-Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
5-Lower the heat to medium and add 2 tablespoons unsalted butter; once melted, add 4 cloves minced garlic and ΒΌ teaspoon red pepper flakes if using.
6-SautΓ© the garlic for about 30 seconds, making sure it doesn injure.
7-Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and toss to coat evenly, then garnish with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
