1 1/2 teaspoons garlic herb seasoning divided

2 tablespoons fresh minced herbs such as parsley, chives, or tarragon

4 ounces (about 115 grams) soft cheese cut into 4 pieces (goat cheese or cream cheese)

Salt and pepper optionally depending on the seasoning blend

Instructions

1-First, pat the chicken dry, then oil it and season with salt, pepper, and half the herb seasoning for a flavorful base.

2-Next, cook the chicken in a cold large skillet over medium-high heat for 8 minutes on one side without moving it to get that perfect sear.
