Ingredients

– 1 avocado

– 1 cup packed parsley and cilantro leaves (combined)

– 1 jalapeno (ribs and seeds removed)

– 2 cloves garlic

– Juice of one lime (or two limes for extra lime flavor)

– 1/2 cup water

– 1/2 cup olive oil

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 cup pistachios (can be substituted with walnuts, almonds, or sunflower seeds for nut allergies)

Instructions

1-First, rinse and chop your fresh cilantro and parsley to release their flavors, just like in the original guide.

2-Then, peel and mince the garlic cloves adjust based on how bold you want that taste.
