Instructions

2-Preheat an indoor grill pan or outdoor grill: to medium-high heat, between 375 to 450Β°F (190 to 232Β°C). Lightly oil the grill grates.
3-Grill the chicken: for 4 to 6 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 160Β°F (70Β°C).
4-Remove the chicken from the grill and allow it to rest for a few minutes so the juices redistribute before slicing and serving.
