– 1 cup (120 grams) pancake and baking mix

– 1 cup (240 milliliters) milk

– 2 eggs

– 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and grease a 9-inch glass pie plate to get started.

2-Cook the meat mixture: Cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat for 8 10 minutes until browned, then drain the fat and stir in salt.

3-Assemble the pie: Spread the meat mixture evenly in the pie plate and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top for that cheesy layer.

4-Make the batter: In a bowl, whisk together the pancake and baking mix, milk, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth to make the batter.

5-Bake the pie: Pour this batter over the beef and cheese layer in the pie plate.

6-Finish baking: Bake for 29 to 33 minutes until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, then let the pie stand for 10 minutes before serving.
