– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese for each layer

– 8 large flour tortillas as the base for wrapping layers

– 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

– 1 cup black beans

– 1 cup cooked rice

– 1 cup shredded cheese

– 1 cup salsa

– 1/2 cup chopped onions

– 1/2 cup diced bell peppers

– 1 tsp chili powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF and get all ingredients ready, like cooking the chicken or chopping veggies if you’re mixing things up.

2-In a bowl, mix your shredded chicken or beef with chili powder, salt, and pepper for extra flavor.

3-Lay a tortilla flat and add a layer of rice, then black beans, seasoned meat, onions, and bell peppers.

4-Spoon on salsa and sprinkle cheese on top for that melty goodness.

5-Roll the tortilla carefully and place it seam side down in a baking dish.

6-Repeat for the rest and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
