Ingredients

– 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast

– 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar

– 1/3 to 1/2 cup pizza sauce

– 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (divided)

– 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

– 3 to 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

– 1/2 cup ham, roughly chopped

– 1/2 cup hot sausage, cooked and crumbled

– 1/4 cup pepperoni slices

– Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1-First: dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water, letting it sit for a few minutes until it bubbles.

2-Then, mix it with the flour and salt in a bowl, adding the olive oil if you want that extra touch of richness.

3-Keep stirring until you form a dough ball, then cover it in a greased bowl and let it rise for about an hour until it’s doubled in size.

4-While the dough rises, cook your bacon and sausage, and prepare the ham by chopping it up.

5-Once that’s done, preheat your oven to 425Β°F and grease a baking sheet with some olive oil.

6-Now, shape your dough on the sheet, spread on the pizza sauce, sprinkle the Parmesan and half the mozzarella, then layer on the meat toppings like the chopped bacon, ham, crumbled sausage, and pepperoni slices.

7-Top it all off with the remaining mozzarella and a dash of ground black pepper to taste.

8-Slide it into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.

9-Let it cool for a minute before slicing trust me, serving it warm makes it even better.
