Ingredients

– 1 sheet thawed puff pastry for flaky crust

– 7.5 ounces whipped chive cream cheese for creaminess and flavor

– 3 ounces smoked salmon for protein and smokiness

– 1 tablespoon fresh dill for enhancing with fresh herb taste

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (400ยฐF) and prepare ingredients.

2-Chop 3 ounces of smoked salmon roughly.

3-Mix salmon with 7.5 ounces of softened whipped chive cream cheese and 1 tablespoon of fresh dill.

4-Roll and cut the 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry into squares.

5-Add filling to each square and seal edges.

6-Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

7-Cool and garnish with extra dill if desired.
