πŸ₯ͺ Sausage Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sliders combine savory sausage, creamy eggs, and melty cheese for an easy and satisfying morning meal.
🍳 Perfect for busy mornings or gatherings, these sliders are simple to prepare and packed with delicious flavors.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

– 24 ounces ground pork sausage or 2 breakfast sausage rolls

– 12 slider buns

– 8 large scrambled eggs

– 6 slices pepper jack cheese

– 8 slices American cheese

– 1/2 cup melted butter

– 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350Β°F to set the stage for that melty goodness. This method keeps everything simple and ensures your sliders turn out fluffy and full of flavor.

2-Form the sausage patties: First, form the 24 ounces of ground pork sausage into 12 patties, making them slightly larger than the slider buns. Cook them fully in a large skillet over medium heat until they’re browned and ready. Once done, set them aside to cool a bit.

3-Scramble the eggs and prepare the buns: Next, scramble the 8 large eggs in a separate pan, seasoning as you like. Now, slice the 12 slider buns lengthwise without separating them, and place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer on the scrambled eggs, 6 slices of pepper jack cheese, the cooked sausage patties, and 8 slices of American cheese.

4-Finish and bake: Top it all with the bun halves and mix the 1/2 cup of melted butter with 1/4 cup of maple syrup. Brush this mixture over the tops so it drips down the sides for extra tastiness. Pop them in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese melts perfectly.
