– 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed

– 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 1/3 cup granulated sugar

– 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

– 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cardamom

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven: Preheating your oven to 350ยฐF and greasing a 9ร—5-inch bread pan to avoid any sticking issues. Once your space is set, measure out all ingredients for a smooth process.

2-Whisk dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom, and 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves.
