Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to avoid any sticking.

2-Roll the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle for that perfect base shape.

3-Score the pastry about 1/4 inch from the edges to create a border, but don’t cut all the way through for a neat edge.

4-Pierce the inside area with a fork to keep it from puffing up too much during baking.

5-Blind bake the crust for 15 minutes until it’s lightly golden, giving you a flaky foundation.
