🍓 This Summer Berry Trifle showcases layers of fresh fruits and creamy textures, offering a refreshing and light dessert perfect for warm days.
🍰 The combination of vibrant berries, smooth cream cheese layers, and crisp ladyfingers creates a delightful harmony of flavors and textures to impress your guests.

  • Total Time: 3 hours 20 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

– ¾ cup (8 oz) seedless raspberry jam

– 1 quart (1½ pounds) strawberries, hulled and sliced into ¼-inch pieces

– 1 pint (12 oz) raspberries

– 1 pint (12 oz) blueberries

– 1½ cups cold heavy whipping cream

– 16 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

– 1¾ cups confectioners’ sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 (7 oz) package crisp ladyfingers (savoiardi biscuits)

– Fresh mint sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1-First, prepare your fruits by washing, hulling, and slicing the strawberries into ¼-inch pieces. Measure out the raspberry jam and other items to have them handy. In a large trifle dish, begin by spreading a layer of the crisp ladyfingers at the bottom for a sturdy base.

2-Next, mix the cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream for a fluffy filling. Spoon this mixture over the ladyfingers, making sure it’s even. Add a generous layer of mixed berries on top, starting with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries for a colorful effect.

3-Continue layering by repeating the process: more ladyfingers, creamy filling, and fruits until you reach the top of your dish. Finish with a final layer of berries and a sprinkle of fresh mint for garnish. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend, making your summer fruit trifle even better.
