3-Stir in 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce and 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce, simmering until the sauce coats the beef, about 3 to 5 minutes.

4-Mix in 2 tablespoons of the 1/4 cup chopped green onions and remove from heat for a fresh touch.

5-Warm 8 to 10 flour tortillas one at a time in the microwave for 15 seconds or in a skillet for crispiness.

6-Spoon the beef mixture down the center of each tortilla, then add 2 cups sliced Persian cucumbers, 1/2 cup cilantro, 1/3 cup Thai basil, the remaining green onions, and chopped roasted peanuts.
