Red food coloring gel

Large golden cookies (24 pieces)

Mini golden cookies (24 pieces)

Mini chocolate chips

Halved candy corns

12 ounces candy melts

50 unwrapped milk chocolate kisses

50 mini wafer cookies

50 mini chocolate chips

Instructions

1-Steps for Pilgrim Hat Cookies: First, place the striped cookies upside down on parchment paper to set the base. Next, melt the orange and yellow candy melts until smooth, then dip the bottom of each unwrapped caramel candy into the melted candy and place it on the cookie centers to form hats. Add one orange or yellow candy on top for decoration, and let everything set for 15-30 minutes you can speed this up in the fridge, but it might make the chocolate cold and firm.

2-Steps for Easy No-Bake Pretzel Turkeys: 1. Place pretzel crisps on waxed paper to start your canvas. 2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and pipe the melted white chocolate into the pretzel holes, then add chocolate chips at the top holes for eyes. 3. Press candy corn, pointed end down, onto the center chocolate to form the turkey body, and pipe red-dyed white chocolate near it to create a wattle. 4. Let it set for just 5 minutes, and you’re done!

3-Steps for Oreo Turkeys: Melt the white chocolate chips first, then pipe the melted chocolate onto the fillings of the large golden cookies while keeping the filling intact. Press the tips of halved candy corns into the filling, reattach the cookie tops, and decorate the mini cookies with chocolate and candy pieces to make turkey feathers and faces, using red-dyed chocolate for the wattles. Let it set for 5 minutes to enjoy your creation.

4-Steps for Chocolate Acorns: Melt the candy melts, dip the flat end of each chocolate kiss in the melted chocolate, and attach it to the flat side of a mini wafer cookie. Place the assembled pieces on parchment paper, then pipe a small amount of melted chocolate onto a mini chocolate chip and attach it on top to look like an acorn stem. Let it set at room temperature or in the fridge for 5 minutes.

Notes

๐Ÿซ Use smooth melting chocolate for best results and easier handling.
๐Ÿฅฅ Adding 1 tablespoon of coconut oil per cup of white chocolate helps it melt smoother and harden better.
โ„๏ธ Refrigeration speeds up setting but can affect the texture by making the chocolate cold and less creamy.
