๐Ÿง€ Enjoy a comforting and satisfying Three Cheese Grilled Cheese sandwich with a perfect balance of cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
๐Ÿž This sandwich offers a gooey, crispy texture that pairs wonderfully with tomato basil soup for a delightful meal.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 1 sandwich

Ingredients

– 4 slices sourdough bread

– 2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature

– 2 slices cheddar cheese

– 2 slices mozzarella cheese

– 1/3 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1-Gather all ingredients and shred the cheeses if needed, then preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

2-Butter one side of each bread slice evenly to achieve that golden, crispy exterior.

3-Place one slice of bread butter-side-down on the skillet, then layer one slice of cheddar and one slice of mozzarella on the unbuttered side.

4-Top with the second bread slice, buttered side facing up, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on the outside of one side of the sandwich.

5-Cook the sandwich with the cheese side down for about 2 minutes until the Parmesan forms a golden brown crust.

6-Sprinkle Parmesan on the other side, flip the sandwich, and cook for another 2 minutes or until golden brown and the cheeses inside have melted.

7-Remove from heat, let it rest for a minute, then slice and serve immediately for the best gooey texture.
