Instructions
1-Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then add all the wet ingredients at once.
2-Whisk gently until just combined, leaving some lumps to keep the pancakes tender overmixing can make them tough.
3-Pour the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, and if you like, add your chosen toppings in sections for a variety of flavors in one pan.
4-Bake for 15 17 minutes or until the pancakes turn golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5-Once done, remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into 12 pieces for serving. Add a drizzle of maple syrup for extra sweetness if desired.
