1 cup sour cream (full fat recommended)

2 tablespoons dried dill weed

1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or dried minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

1-Combine ingredients: Add all in a large mixing bowl. That means 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons dried dill weed, 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt.

2-Stir thoroughly: Mix well to blend smooth. No lumps wanted. Takes about two minutes.

3-Cover tightly: Use plastic wrap. Seal flavors in.

4-Refrigerate: Chill at least 2 hours. Best flavor develops. Up to one day ahead works great.

5-Serve: Stir before plating. Enjoy with veggies.
