2-Next: blend the 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese, 1/4 cup cream cheese, and 1/4 cup full-fat cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. This creates the base for your whipped feta spread.
3-Once ready, spread the whipped feta generously on each of the 24 toasted baguette slices, making sure to leave some texture for the hot honey to settle. Then, sprinkle on the 1/2 cup chopped pecans and add a small sprig of fresh rosemary to each slice.
